REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every Golden Ratio pair is hand-painted and made to order, just for you. Because of that, our policy works a little differently from regular stores.

Before painting
You can change your size or cancel your order free of charge at any time before we start painting. We will confirm your size with you on WhatsApp before we begin.

After delivery
- Size exchange: If your pair doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The shoes must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Exchange shipping costs are on the customer.
- Defects: If your pair arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace it at no cost.

What we can't accept
Because each pair is painted by hand, small variations in the artwork are part of what makes it one-of-one and are not considered defects. We can't accept returns for change of mind on custom pieces.
